This 2 bedroom loft apartment has been let as a long term rental and was left needing a new lease of life and love.

The interior was gutted and then reproportioned, the living, sleeping, eating, dining, cleaning zones were decided and then laid out ready for re-building.

We installed a new Bathroom, bespoke Kitchen , Electrics , Plumbing systems , Carpentry and Decoration to complete this project.

We installled an Acoustic Floor in the Kitchen/Dining and Living Room area before laying the bespoke wooden floor.
